Hydration is key
You do not have to be a genius to know that staying hydrated is fundamental if you work out. In fact, it is as important as having proper meals. So, how much water do you need to drink before and during your workout?
While exercising, it is recommended to drink four to eight ounces of fluid in intervals of fifteen to twenty minutes. Ultimately, how much water you drink will depend on how hard you work out and how much you sweat.
